Welcome to AlignNow™ ("AlignNow," "the App," "we," "us," or "our"). AlignNow is a mobile productivity application operated by Singam LLC, a California limited liability company. The App is available on iOS and Android and provides AI-powered task management, grocery list management, mileage logging, and related productivity features.
AlignNow™ is a trademark of Singam LLC pending registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (Serial No. 99758149, Class 009, filed April 11, 2026). Unauthorized use of this mark is prohibited.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use AlignNow.
To use AlignNow you must:
AlignNow does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will terminate that account and delete associated data promptly.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms in the App and update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of AlignNow after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
AlignNow uses Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at alignnow.app@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
AlignNow offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. The Pro tier unlocks additional features including enhanced AI capabilities, expanded mileage logging, and other premium functionality as described in the App.
Current subscription prices are displayed in the App and in the applicable App Store listing. We reserve the right to change subscription prices. For existing subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before your next renewal date.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Subscription Period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date.
All subscription purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Refund requests are governed by the applicable platform's refund policy. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google directly. AlignNow does not directly issue refunds for platform purchases.
If we offer a free trial, it will convert to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
AlignNow uses artificial intelligence to enhance your productivity experience. AI features are powered by third-party AI providers, including Anthropic and Google. The following features involve AI processing:
When you use AI-powered features, the relevant content you have entered — including task text, Thoughts entries, grocery items, and Ask AI queries — may be transmitted to and processed by our AI providers in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies. By using these features, you consent to this processing.
When you use voice input for Thoughts or grocery lists, your device's built-in speech recognition service processes your audio. On iOS, this is Apple's Speech Framework; on Android, this is Google's Speech Recognition service. Audio may be transmitted to Apple or Google servers for transcription. AlignNow receives only the resulting text — we do not record or store your audio.
AI-generated responses, suggestions, task prioritizations, and recommendations are for informational and convenience purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for decisions that may significantly affect your health, finances, or legal rights.
AI models can make mistakes. We do not represent or warrant that any AI output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use AI features at your own risk.
AlignNow's mileage logging feature lets you record trips and generate reports. You acknowledge and agree that:
You retain ownership of all content you create in AlignNow, including tasks, Thoughts entries, grocery lists, and mileage logs ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
To operate the App and its features, you grant Singam LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, display, and transmit your User Content solely to provide and maintain the App and its features, process your content through AI features you have chosen to use, improve App functionality using anonymized or aggregated data only, and comply with legal obligations. This license ends when you delete your account, except for data we are required to retain by law.
You represent that you have the right to submit all User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your content.

All App content, design, software, graphics, logos, and features — except User Content — are the proprietary property of Singam LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Apple, the Apple logo, and the App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. These marks are used for identification purposes only; Singam LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
AlignNow integrates with third-party services to operate the App, including authentication providers, AI providers, mapping services, subscription management, file storage, and cloud hosting. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party service.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SINGAM LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50.00.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Singam LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the App; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at alignnow.app@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App (except as carved out below) shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California, or by remote means. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Los Angeles County, California, provided the claim qualifies under the court's jurisdictional limits.
YOU AND SINGAM LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Sections 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, and this Section 16 survive termination.
